The hotel was fancy and the staff was helpful, it had unbeatable location very near to train station. The room seemed decent, the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was clean, loved it.

exceptionally comfortable beds & cozy rooms. staff were eager to help and kept it all clean. it was good to have mixed drinks in the main bar.
Ordered breakfast, it was terrible, it should definitely be improved, really.

Super location with compact rooms, fair staff and lovely food. There were coffee and microwave in the room, liked that. The beach was perfect. Courteous service within 16 miles of the airport.

The hotel was built in a historic style. I got free upgrade and loved it. The staff did all they can for a good stay. Absolutely perfect location in the town, easy walk to tourist attractions. Easily reached Zen Izakaya, located just a short stroll away from the property, had lunch/dinner there.

We liked the hotel and European decor, it was a fine experience. We stayed for 1 night here, loved South of Market (SOMA) district. It was also under the freeway. Extra comfortable beds in our standard double room. Property was very clean and the service was perfect.
